At Sterling Spinal Wellness, we know that life gets busy, and often, our health takes a back seat which is why we are offering a free complimentary re-assessment to our existing patients who have not visited us in the last 6 to 12 months.
During the session we will quickly evaluate where you stand, address any new issues, and make sure you step into the New Year feeling fantastic. The session will last 15-30 minutes.

Consultation: We will discuss and listen to any new pains, stiffness, or changes since your last visit to understand how your body is currently coping with daily life.

Professional posture check: A quick assessment to detect common issues that creep up, like the effects of poor posture or stress.
