Physiotherapy Treatment
Holistic • Non Invasive • Drug Free

What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is a holistic form of treatment used to maintain, restore and improve physical function and mobility. It focuses on the diagnosis, management and treatment of movement disorders, injuries and pain using physical means instead of drugs or surgery.
How does physiotherapy work?
A physiotherapist will use hands on techniques such as joint mobilisation, manipulation and soft tissue massage to reduce pain and stiffness.
You may also be given movements, stretches and strengthening exercises tailored to your specific condition. Advice on posture, body mechanics, lifestyle modifications and self-management strategies to prevent recurrence. We may use advanced manual techniques such as Dry Needling, Cupping, Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston Technique (IASTM) and Kinesiology Taping. where appropriate.
Benefits of physiotherapy treatment
PAIN RELIEF
Physiotherapy uses techniques like manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to address the root cause of pain, rather than just masking the symptoms. This approach often leads to significant, long-lasting relief from acute and chronic pain conditions without the need for medication.
RESTORATION OF MOBILITY & FUNCTION
Physiotherapy can help you regain full range of motion, strength and flexibility lost due to injury, surgery or disease, allowing you to return to performing daily activities, work tasks and hobbies with ease and independence.
PREVENTION OF FUTURE INJURY & SURGERY
Your physiotherapist will provide you with corrective exercises and self-management strategies. A physiotherapy acts as a proactive measure, helping you avoid recurrence and in many cases, delaying or eliminating the need for invasive surgical intervention.
