Your specialist will take a full history and discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so we can understand the full picture.

Comprehensive Assessment
We’ll perform a thorough physical examination, including postural, range of motion, orthopaedic and neurological tests as needed.

Diagnosis & Explanation
We’ll explain exactly what we’ve found in plain English — what’s causing your pain, why it started, and what’s keeping it going. If imaging (X-ray/MRI) is needed, we’ll arrange a referral.

Personalised Treatment Plan
You’ll receive a tailored plan recommending the right combination of treatments — whether that’s chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, IDD therapy, or shockwave — along with a clear timeline and expected outcomes.

Treatment Begins
Many patients start treatment on the same day. There’s no obligation — you’re always in control. We accept all major insurers (Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Vitality and more) and also offer self-pay options.
