Join us for a free community health camp on 9th August 2026 at Ramgarhia Sabha Southall located at 53-57 Oswald Road, Middlesex, UB1. It is open to everyone, this event offers free health checks and expert advice with no registration required, simply drop in on the day to find us.

Asian Women Run
Asian Women Run aims to create a safe, welcoming space for Asian women to discover the joy of movement, supported by Gurdwara Aid.
Spanning London and the Midlands, they have supported hundreds of women, from complete beginners to marathon finishers, with no pressure of a personal best (PB).
Their upcoming family fun 5K and 10K (walk, run, or jog) is open to everyone keen to get active this summer. Our chiropractor Dr. Tarveen Ahluwalia will be at the event, and we'll be providing free apples and water.
